5Essentials Survey

Dear Parents/Guardians,

It is that time of the year again that parents/guardians have the opportunity to take the 5 Essentials Survey. The 5 Essentials is an anonymous survey created by the University of Chicago that gives school districts information about how parents feel the school and district are doing. Schools will get a detailed report of your compiled responses, and we will use that to help guide school improvement. We only receive a report if we get a 20% participation rate. I understand that many of you are really busy but the information provided by the survey is very beneficial for helping guide our school improvement plans. The survey window closes on March 28th, 2025, so please take it before then.
